They made a mistake of forgetting to submit a document this has cost me approx a 1000/-
And the only thing they can say is 'sorry what can I do now?'
I would prefer people not going here and do the typing in government affiliated places.
It does not make too much difference in the charges, but would definitely not make any kind of mistake.
