Very welcoming, dog friendly good honest food, a lovely mug of tea after our 3 hour walk for£1 !We were able to leave our car safely parked after we had lunch, delicious ciabatta rolls which were well filled! All so friendly and even had biscuit treats for the dog! Loved it all.

Looks nice inside and out. Did not eat, just stopped for a quick pint. Not over impressed with the Harvey's bitter long past it's best

Lovely pub, serving lovely food. I was there with 24 US tourists, everything went very smoothly & the staff were great. Will definitely be factoring in a visit on my future Burwash walks.

What a lovely place. It's nicely understated, with good service, good food at a reasonable price. As well as the main menu, there is also a specials board to choose your meal from.

We highly recommend the local pub for food/drink.
Such friendly staff and great atmosphere, reasonably priced and a well thought out menu.
This is one of our local pubs we always choose to go to.

Great home made food. We have been a couple of times and will be back. Not expensive and well worth the money. Staff friendly and efficient
