Have used this taxi firm for several years now and have always been punctual, reliable, reasonable and friendly. Also unlike others have not put prices up despite recent petrol frenzy which is commendable and worth a tip! Personally can not fault them and will continue to use.

Wow, how bad can you be? I prebooked a cab early in the day, to pick my family up after a party in a local village at 10pm. I double checked the booking at 8pm and they ensured all was fine. It came to pick up time and no cab, so I called the office and someone picked up and then hung up without saying anything. This literally happened 15 times over the course of half an hour. So my family and I were left stranded, in the middle of nowhere with no way of getting home. We had to go back to the party and sleep on a blow up mattress all night.

Keep up the good work guys - Is it any wonder Uber is being so successful?

I don't normal give 1 star, but this Taxi Service is not recommended at all, I called them up this morning from the Ginger Bar near Hertford and going to the Brickendon Farm as you can see from the screenshot, it is only 1.1 mile and I was charged for £8, when I ask the driver why and he said they start to charge client from where they start not where they pick me up. I think that is total wrong in anyway. please avoid them !!!

Repeatedly late to pick me up. I always call at least half an hour in advance and they never arrive on time. I called a taxi 2 hours in advance and they don't arrive on time. Don't even apologise for being late. Terrible taxi service - take a lesson from 90% of these reviews and DON'T use this taxi service.

Awful. I rang to enquire about prices and said no, yet it still turned up! When I said I never ordered it they then stopped talking on the phone without hanging up (which is very creepy) so I hang up he then drives past me very slow and stared at me very mennasingly!! Very intimidating and no wonder they have a bad reputation!

Never had a problem with this company personally. All taxi's in Hertford sting. Uber are seldom around here so it's dig deep or walk.

These chancers tried to charge me £30 from ware to Hertford. Shocking. Plenty other cab services in Hertford so I’d recommend using someone else

Best taxi service in hertford always on time reliable and drivers are very helpfull i have been using since last year i recomend to everyone this taxi service.
