The worse Cargo service i have experienced. Everyone, please do not send anything through this Cargo Service. I send 42 kgs from Dubai to India. I was informed it takes 15 to 20 days.I was waiting for 29 days and i did not receive anything.I called the Office and the person who picked up my stuff hundred times and nobody pick up my call. I just spoke through 1 guy and he told me i need to wait another 10 days more.They are not trustable, unreliable Cargo Company. This will be my first and my last with them. I dont know i will get my stuff or not...?????????

ADDED:- I case file against them through Sharjah Manpower and seek help from Sharjah Local newspaper as well. Sharjah Manpower called the Company and they closed down due to multiple complaints. I received my Cargo after 62 days with the help of Manpower. Nothing missing. Got it with full packing, I am happy for that but I will never use them again.

One of the best cargo providers in Dubai. They managed to deliver my goods in India as promised. To be exact they've delivered my shipment in 15 days. The pick up service is also very good and the staffs are very friendly. 5 stars from my side!

I had the same issues as all of the reviewers. This is a circus not a real company. Sent a complaint to Consumer Rights in Sharjah and follow up on the complaint. This is what I did and the Consumer Rights Officers helped me right away. The cargo after a few days was sent to my family in U.S.A successfully! The most important is that all of you should act the same way in order the government of Sharjah to shut the company down. Have a nice day.

This is totally unprofessional company. I have booked my cargo in Feb 2016 from Dubai to Lucknow. They have told that as it's a sea cargo it may take around two months. But till date (Nov 2016) I have not received my cargo. My bill number is 1764. Whenever I call these guys, they answer that we are checking status and will get back to you in 30 mins. But later on they do not reply or call back. Even if I call them again they do not pick the phone. It seems its a cheater company. I have become totally frustated and now thinking of taking legal action against this company. I'll never recommend this to anyone to use this cargo service in future.

(At first I read the reviews about Al Manama and thought that different people has different opinion) I am presenting you what I went through...................

The worst cargo service in the whole UAE.
Yes I agree the staff are friendly, till u hand them over ur stuff and MONEY. Once they hand you over the reciept, than they dont care whether your cargo is delivered to the assignee on time and in good condition.
Even if u send them Email or call them hundred times they are not even bothered to answer a customer's quiery.
It took them 23 days to deliver my cargo of 93kilos ftom Ajman to Mumbai(the guy who came to pack my stuff told me it will take 15 days to reach)
and above all (the actual reason which made me write this negative review was "EVERYTHING IN MY CARGO WAS BROKEN"). In India they hand over their cargo to some SKY EXPRESS CARGO and my God they are super worst.

I paid 930/- AED for three cargo cartons of 90kg total along with 10/-AED each for packing, only to recieve my cargo after 29 days and in such condition. And the guys who dropped the cargo after making 16 calls and asking for directions gave me a reciept of 400/-INR for something they paid for the Octroi and above that, they asked me "MADAM HUMLOGO KA CHAAI PAANI BHI DEDO" so I had to give them additional 100/-INR for their CHAAI PAANI.

I will never forget in my life about this cargo service.
My dear fellow Humans, dont send your hard earned money's stuff to your loved ones in your home country through these UNPROFESSIONALS, I bet you will regret just like me.

DO NOT TRUST this Cargo service. They sound the best while booking or deciding on cargo service and after that, they wash their hands off the commitment.

Booked Air Cargo of my whole household stuff, which supposedly has an SLA of 13-15 days. 26 days & no clue! They don't pick the calls after they realize that ur calling for a follow up. They don't respond to any other mode as well.

Worse still they don't share tracking number! Their receipt is a namesake poorly written pink Cc copy which doesn't help. No way to find out where my shipment is. They picked my call once & sd they don't know the status & it's not up to them anymore! Whoa..

Don't trust them with yr shipment unless ur willing to receive any time. Totally unreliable and unprofessional.

This is a first hand experience. Sharing so others may stay safe.

This is the most unproffesional cargo company i have ever come across in all my life.I had sent my cargo of 40kgs , 2 box in August 6, 2017 thinking it will take 60 days (though they said 40days) to reach and it will be perfect as i will be on my vacation for dusherra and diwali. I had sent stuff for my niece and nephew and they were expecting the same too.From that day till today i have not received the cargo and i am afraid i might not receive the same too ever.First they dont pick the call and if they ever happen to pick the call they will say they will update but they do not update you at all.After telling how much important the stuff was to me they seem to be hard hearted not to update. I even told them to inform me frankly if they have lost it so i wont expect ,but they always say it will reach in sometime..never know how much sometime.
I dont suggest anyone to go ahead with this company at all..I am fraustrated and mentally stressed because of this company as the things which was sent was very important to me and i was emotionally attached to it.I hope the management (if they ever have one) understands my situation and manages to deliver the boxes to me.

The worst ever service.. Ejaz there manager who is the most disgusting person told me that my cargo will reach within 15-20 days. I clearly told him I will be traveling on 16th Nov to my home town in India. My baby is 6 months old and I have sent his baby food n rest of his stuff in the cargo as in flight we can carry limited weight and also it's my sisters wedding From 20th Nov and I have sent my all wedding dresses in it. After asking them 100 times will it be delivered on time they assured me but not its 23rd job already and no respond from them. I find it a fake company neither can me track the shipment nor these people reply to ur calls. They take money from u and are cheating on u. I am suffering so much as my 5 month old baby is use to of the milk which I use in Dubai and I can't find the same here. I feel so helpless and my sister wedding is also going and I have no clothes to wear for occasion.. I will defiantly complain about this company once I am back.

But to all who who wAnts a cargo service.. Plz don't trust these guys.. They are cheaters and will not reply u once u pay them.
