I wanted to change my looks and get a modern looking haircut . The ladies in the salon were very helpful and professional . I will come again many times more as I liked their salon . The main hair dresser is excellent as well as professional

Used this service a few times. Won't be using again. My 80 year old parents were in my garden and we heard the call to say taxi had arrived. Now this is where things went pear shaped. The call must have come through after the taxi had arrived because as soon as the call came through we started moving round the front, but my neighbour informed us the taxi had just left! Then trying to call them back was a nightmare. We were frustrated as the girl kept telling us don't speak to me like that. We were trying to get our point across that we needed another taxi and not to charge a second time as my parents were elderly and infirm, but she told us yes we were being charged again. Second taxi didnt appear and my parents were waiting ages and very tired, so we asked a family friend to take them home. Not using this service again. I'd rather speak to someone on the phone to book and pay the taxi driver instead of an app. I've been charged a no show fee too. Poor service all round. It's not so much the driver that's at fault, but the telephonist who wasn't listening and should have understood the frustration and that not every no show is someone who just didn't bother to show up. A bit of compassion wouldn't have went a miss. The call to inform the client that taxi has arrived should be a good couple of minutes beforehand to give clients time to get prepared. Customer service training is needed here. I'll use another taxi service from now on

My 16 year old daughter and friends pre booked a taxi to be picked up tonight. It’ didn’t show and now they are being told this joke of a taxi service is fully booked!’ We all know the taxi guys don’t want to take bookings through card payment because they don’t get paid for at least 2 weeks later, yet the only way to book is through the app. Shocking service from what used to be reliable company.

Waited at the Royal Alexandra Hospital for nearly an hour after having phoned twice from their Freephone Box. Another Renfrewshire Cab Driver, who was very helpful, and drew up outside, did run me home as his Fare had not appeared, but my ordered taxi never arrived, despite a recorded message stating that it would be with me in 6 minutes after my second phone call. Very inconvenient after having had to stand outside for nearly an hour while recovering from a serious operation which took place a few weeks ago.

Used automatic phone number the night before to book early morning taxi. Received confirmation via WhatsApp and taxi arrived on time. Driver very friendly and happy to take us exactly where we wanted to be dropped off.

Sick of getting in these cabs and the drivers claim they don’t have card machines despite previously calling head office who advised all drivers are required to have a card machine. Having to pay to go out our way to lift cash is just not worth it anymore. Will be using a different taxi company going forward. Drivers are at it.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! I tried calling to complain, but unfortunately, there is no way to speak to a living person.
Last night I called a taxi for my friend who was visiting from abroad, all done via the app, both postcodes were entered, and the driver came in around 10 minutes to pick her up(local job). After 25 minutes, I got a call from the friend I had sent home in a taxi, she said she was now walking home, and she had around 1 mile to walk. I asked her what had happened, so after the taxi had taken off, the driver started chatting with her about what she was doing there and who is she visiting, he asked her if she could give him her phone number and if she would like to go for a party to Glasgow. Luckily, the girl did know Paisley a bit, so when she found out they had already missed the turn and they are heading in the wrong direction (Linwood, Asda, not far to M8 sliproad to Glasgow), she asked him politely to stop. Luckily, the driver stopped the car and let her out. She walked over 1 mile at night alone. The receipt showed extra charges, and surprisingly, the route was completed.(how???) First, what kind of company has no live person on standby for an emergency? Second, do you employ people who can’t read the GPS app, or perhaps she was in a car with some shady character trying to exploit her? Taxi drivers should drive, taxi is not Tinder, we trust companies like yours to travel safely. I recommend chatting with your drivers; the next person might not be that lucky.

Easy cab company to order a taxi helpful drivers and reasonably priced but if you have to cancel .Good luck no chance of getting to speak to an operator as it is all done by automation no number to cancel early only an option to contact the driver before pick up .

Don’t bother. Booked a taxi from lennoxtown and have used them regularly but they refused to send one without money up front. Actual joke. You dont pay for services up front. If your drivers need money up front then they are in the wrong business. Drivers are absolutely clueless and the customer service desk just couldnt care. Book someone else. They simply dont care. Booked another company. No money requested up front and arrived in 5 mins. Customer service is non existent unless they want money.
