One of the best gym in Sharjah, new equipment, and very clean / safe. Coach is really well qualify/professional. Feel like friends as he can identify your need. They are following me on a daily basis with my diet/food which really help me. Will recommend to anyone to join today

Mashreq gym had nominal fee which is increased now but still it is not up to mark . If u need personal trainer only then they listen to you.

Plesant environment for workout under the supervision of Coach Midhun. I have been knowing him for more than 5 years now and he is one the best coach if you guys are looking out for a proper fit body and diet plan. I have been under his continous training for more than a year now and i see huge differance in myself which i cannot beleive and which could not be possible without him.

I was working out in this gym 3 years back and it was excellent since joyce was training for ladies in there..I had to quit for personal reasons..now i would like to join back..who is the current trainer for ladies now?

Great gym, friendly people and a well qualified+knowledgeable instructor. If you have to drive here, do it!

Gym with best coach (Midhun) in Qasimia. They have ladies facility as well with Zumba classes.
