I had great experience with Al Maymoon real estate, i rented an apartment for over 12 years and never experienced any issues with dealings with al Maymon real estate management specially Mr Haitham and Mr Mohammad. They are very straight forward and nice persons. Al Maymoon real estate did even return my advance security cheaque after 12 years without any deductions as i left my apartment in fine condition. Overall clean and great real estate to work with

Have been staying in UAE since last 12 years and this is the worst real estate company I have ever come across. We moved to a new flat and before we moved in the maintenance work wasn’t completed but we were promised that it will be done once we move in. numerous calls and follow ups but they don’t seem to care.

There are many other quality real estate agents in Dubai offer great value and service. And neither are their flats extra ordinary. So it doesn’t make any sense yo rent out any of their properties. There are much better properties available with other real estate companies.

The people in this agency is literally uneducated. They don't know how to handle clients. We did not stay on the building for free. We left the flat like brand new. They just need money from the clients but ZERO POINTS IN SERVICES.

Real bad customer service. Please do not take any property from them, because first of all they never answer to your call and each staff working over there, they are all very uneducated, rude, and irresponsible espcecially mubarak, haitham & salih ! Really bad experience.

اعتقد أن هذه الشركة هي واحدة من أفضل شركات العقارات في الإمارات، وذلك نسبة للخدمات الجيدة التي تقوم بتقديمها بجانب أنها تعمل على إرضاء العملاء بطرق مميزة، وقد لمست ذلك بعد ان قمت بالايجار منهم لمدة تقارب الثلاثة سنوات فيما مضى .
