Great place for lunch. Delicious homemade soup and of course pots of Yorkshire tea. Friendly and quick service.

Very nice coffee shop. Quite busy, which is always good to see.
The lady who served us at the till and took our order was very friendly and helpful.
Service was in good time, not long to wait for our order to come to the table. Prices are reasonable, definitely not expensive.

The steak n ale pie with mushy peas is just that, it was awful to see and taste that the pie had been microwaved and soggy as a result. Staff were getting flustered with only 25% capacity. Would advise finding another cafe! Toilets are about 800m walk away and nowhere close to wash your hands!! Not recommended!!

Would have been excellent if it had a toilet. Unfortunately you have to cross the road and go to the far end of the car park!

Shocked that a modern business would still be profiting from selling racist caricatures. They have a sign about "preserving history" but that is just not good enough. They are not a museum and therefore should not be selling thses itema. The staff did not greet me at all either so sevice wasnt even good. Do better.

Dogs welcome vegans not so much. Ended up leaving as they could not cater for us.

Staff / Owner was pleasant but the cafe itself was lacking in every other way. Poor choice, hot chocolate made from capsule machine, dry scones etc. The menu states let us know if you have any allergies or dietary requirements. We advised one of us couldn't have milk in the tea but there was no other choice. Just felt like there was very little effort and they are just relying on the huge amount of tourist trade that flocks to Goathland. Disappointing.

Pretty poor to be honest, coffee was like dish water,
and no toilets, they send you down the lane to a public toilet, which is quite a trek, its a disgrace.
