I was fooled by the positive reviews and registered for 3 months, couldn't tolerate it for more than a week

Pros:
1) classes are fun and energetic
2) instructor is friendly
3) some people find the crowd motivating.

Cons:
1) very poorly ventilated, keep in mind I went there in winter. No windows were open, space is tiny and the bad smell can be overwhelming
2) old and few machines squeezed into a tiny space
3) Before registering, I was promised that an instructor would be with me and show me how to use the equipment, that never happened.
4) Gets super crowded. like super crowded. Treadmill and elliptical was unavailable during that time
5) although the classes were fun, there was no restriction on the number of people per class. The class I attended we were bumping into each other.
6)I attended for just one week and couldn't take the crowd and bad smell anymore. I asked for a refund for the other two months, refused. Instead I was suggested to attend during hours that were just not feasible(working hours). I was also told that there's no ventilation because it's winter so the AC is not on.
7) 2 classes in the morning and 2 evening. Couldn't make it to morning because working, evening were very crowded.

Advice: please don't be fooled by the good reviews and amazing price, try it for a day or month before committing.

Hope the management restricts the number of people per class and increases the space and ventilation.

Thanks for your review Ms.Iv K you have me an idea of not transferring in that gym, am not a member of the same hence, I inquire and yes totally unventilated, old machines, smelly area, untidy locker..Zero rate
May apology but it’s useless and waste of money

Actually I want to join the gym.but so many ladies told me its not good. Too much crowdy and smelly.And they don't have license trainer. Waste of time , effort and money sad to say????

I am happy to choose this gym. Good atmosphere and staff, especially instructor AYESA. She is we’ll experience and friendly. I’m got a good weight loss in 3 months because of the workout.

Amazing in every way especially gym trainer Ayesha's exercise classes, I love her zumba and aerobics routines, no one does it like her :))

Masallah it was amazing experience with amanda and alina same like before with ayesa.she is friendly, caring putting eyes on everyone's workout .encouraging us giving nice and healthy environment . Please bring more stuffs because it is little.introduce new machines also .

Masha Allah very nice and customer friendly gym.Great experience with trainers Amanda and Alina and feeling the same with Ayesha such a lovely person keeping eyes on everyone???? highly recommend this gym.

Great family pub Tom the landlord makes you feel so welcome! Also loads of screens for watching the sport and without a doubt the best pint of fosters in Thanet ????????

Nice place that has not changed much over the years, friendly staff & a very nice atmosphere. Would definitely recommend a visit for a nice quite beer with a nice crowd of people????

Popped in here on the off chance found the decor quite dated along with the furniture but the atmosphere was really welcoming the bar staff were really nice and friendly and made you feel welcome.
Prices were middle of the road but not disabled friendly
Will I go back there again ...... of course I will

Great local pub, good selection of drinks and food too. Spacious venue let down only by the limited number of parking spaces. Highly recommended.
Re-edit: The landlord presented us with a fantastic freshly homemade pizza, I've honestly never had such a good pizza. - sir, you've just earnt the fifth star!

On our visit on a Sunday lunch time the pub was very quiet. OK if you want a quick drink. Not been here in the evening so it may be busier then. It is close to the station and town centre.

So rude, awful awful customer service, felt so unwelcome, we were nothing but kind and polite and they treated us with rudeness and disregard. No sir, definitely don't recommend if you'd like a nice atmosphere ????
