A residential building with around 800 flats. There are four wings and each wing has 25floors and each floor has 8 flats of 2 BHK. This building is directly from owner and there is no real estate or broker fee. One of the best place in Sharjah for family accommodation

Customer Service is the Worst Customer Service. Munaf in the office is rude and has no respect in talking with customer.

One of the best building in the area, almost 10 years old but clean, managment is helping, best parking area.

I lived in this building for 2 years. Everything was good, Security staffs,Cleaning staffs,maintenance staffs, all very co operative and helpful if you need to do any maintenance in your flat. Rent is also affordable compare to other buildings in same area. THE ONLY THING I DIDNT LIKE IS THE MANAGEMENT DEDUCTED AED 500 FOR SOME MINOR DAMAGES IN FLAT, kitchen has small window glass which was cracked and i honestly did not notice it when i took the flat. and few other small things they said i need to pay for repair.
