When we visited there were a few people taking advantage of the space to play in store and a really nice welcoming vibe from the staff (and shop dog!). I'm aware from their Facebook page that they run regular events and can order in pretty much anything customers want, so clearly customer service here is a big plus.
Me and my 9yo son were particularly impressed with the range of Transformers available, which far outstrips the other shops in Hull, and it turns out the owner is a big Transformers fan so we ended up chatting for a while. Dangerous times for my bank account!
Definitely feels like the kind of place we'll be visiting again, and would be happy to ask for recommendations for future gaming experiences, or even drop in to try our hand at something new!
