These guys are not to be trusted. They sell a car with huge claims and when you go to a service centre to get it checked, the car comes out to be not as per their tall claims. Don't trust them, do your own inspection before buying from them. Had a poor experience with them.

Got cheated from them regarding the details of the car. They sold a 2023 model Honda City Car claiming it’s under warranty stating that all the services done are from agency only. I had bought the car just for the peace of mind of the car being under warranty and after purchasing it when I took the car to the service center, the service advisor said the car’s warranty stands void as it was never been serviced at the agency.

When I called them back about the same thing, they directly said they can’t do anything about it. I even have the WhatsApp chat with them where it’s clearly mentioned that the car is under warranty with all service record. Transparency is what’s completely missing with them. Patrick was the sales advisor who mis-guided me with incomplete information even after telling him that this would be my first car and a family car from which I don’t want any trouble. Not a sorry wouldn’t help when I’ve been mis-guided into buying a car which was not what it was advertised before as. Not happy at all with the experience.

Make sure to test the car for few days before purchasing the car from them. A lot of problem arise after few days of purchase. Don’t be deceived by how the car looks. You need to drive it for sometime to see the real condition of the car. Take a comprehensive rta inspection. They will say its been well maintained by the agency but no.

Bought a car in the morning as it looks 100% perfect, but after driving sometime the same day, gas leak came out and the car turned off twice while driving. Then other issue came out after few more days.

Extremely satisfied! Bought GLC from this showroom and all papers were perfect right from service history to warranty copy! One of the best place in Sharjah to buy used premium cars! Highly recommended!

Totally rubbish. Scammers. Bought an Audi A7. Car was sold with many malfunctions. After 2-3 days I had to change the oil cooler ,hydraulic cooler, radiator, water body with pipes front suspension, rear shocks, tyres, all plugs etc etc. And guess what I am still in the garage. The sold me a garbage, bunch of lairs they are. I have spent more than 15k on the car which I bought for 44k. It’s an Audi A7. I am still in the garage.

The top level is that car is accident as well. Left side collision as per UAE data. My god I believed the same words of these scammers.

BE CAREFUL GUYS. Don’t lose your money with them. Check your car on Emirates Vehicle gate website before making any deal. I was new in UAE and got scammed. May they get it back in the after world for what they do to the people.

DISHONEST PEOPLE!

It only took less than half the day before the car showed engine issues. During test drive everything went smooth and the salesman guaranteed that the car was in PERFECT condition.

Only to find out that the whole engine was damaged which is unnoticable during visual inspection and when driven for a short period of time (usual test drive when surverying vehicles). After making the payment and completed the registration, the car started to make disturbing 'tick' noises. They said it is due to the replacement tyres (brand new) so I took it to the tyre shop and had them replaced. But then, after 45 mins of driving the same noise came out again. I called them to ask what they could do to help - they said none if its an engine issue since the car is not under warranty - to my surprise and I never heard anything again from them.

Since I had no choice, I took it to a garage and found out from the mechanic when they opened the engine that the whole engine was burned and that the dealer may have added some liquid components (banana they call it) to make it sound better so that customers wont be able to notice any issues during test drives - this is based on the actual physical condition of the engine and when they drained the engine oil - it was so viscous. I ended up replacing the engine just after 3 days since I got the car.

Another thing I noticed, they were able to print out all the necessary documents to have it registered under my name however when I asked for the invoice - they said they will send it electronically via email since the printer isnt working anymore. So I headed immediately to RTA to complete the registration and pick up the car without any doubts since I trusted them. Just in a matter of minutes, the printers gone off? Lol. They just wanted me to hurry up with my registration so that they wont have to worry about the hidden issues of the car and sell it at the price they wanted - business as usual with no compassion to customer's hard earned money.

Lesson learned:
1. Never trust the salesman even how welcoming they try to project in person.
2. If possible, bring pocket money to fill up the petrol to make sure you drive the car for extended periods and get a better look of its actual condition. Dealers will always make it quick for customers to test the car especially when it has hidden issues. Test the car at least 30 mins - if they don't agree, move on to another vehicle no matter how much you wanted that car.
3. Always ask if the car is under warranty (normally used car dealers have at least 3-6 months of warranty which this dealer didn't have since they know for a fact the car is in bad condition).

I leave all the bad experiences in God's hands. It really is a BIG LESSON for me.

Photos attached for ur reference on the engine's ACTUAL condition INSIDE. RTA wont remove the engine to see that everything is in acceptable condition. Other car's condition can be HIDDEN in order to make the car pass the inspection.

PS - This was opened just 3 days after the car was bought and you guys telling customers that it is in great condition? ;) and 45mins after I dropped your guy back to the showroom after the registration noises started to show up from the engine? Magic yes? You didnt even initiate to provide the invoice electroncially as you promised. Strange. ;)
