What a good service.
The plane was on time with friendly and approachable staff.
Very pleased to be given a complimentary coffee and biscuits..this was unexpected but welcome on this short flight.

Outward, all was well. No complaint, mind you I wasn’t expecting them to do anything but let me on the plane and take me to my destination on time.
Return flight didn’t even depart Southampton so we didn’t board at all on time in Paris Orly. In fact, they cancelled it without telling Ground staff. That’s it. No communication from EA at all. No one answered my calls and emails take 72 hours for a response. Regardless of who you fly with, they’re all the same. Have the means to make alternative plans because they are not going to et out of bed to help you.

Flew return from East Midlands Airport to Newquay and both flights were on time and very organised. Sam the air stewardess for both flights was very professional and friendly and everything went smoothly. Really convenient flight which I would use in future

Worst regional airline I have ever used in UK.

They changed the flight with out prior warning.

Turning up to check in desk, just to check the flight is on time because I checked in on line already, I was informed the flight has changed and is now going to new castle to pick up passengers on route to Aberdeen.

My ticket was a direct to Aberdeen, but now I have to go via Newcastle.

I should have arrived 8.10 am.

Now I was told because we have to go via Newcastle, I will arrive 9 am.

Thus causing me great deal problems.

I had works medical booked 9 am, and a offshore medical booked too. There was a taxi booked for me also.

So I may miss my medical, which means i may have to buy another ticket to fly to Aberdeen the , this may cause me financial loss, and may causes me problems with my employer.

I may be experiencing a big problem because off this unscheduled additional unannounced stop at Newcastle, that I was only informed about when I checked in.

This is not the first time this has happened.

It happens often when flying to Aberdeen.

Eastern airways never accept responsibility for it.

Thanks for totally screwing up my day and causing me issues with my company.

This happened again, on my next flight, another testing course ruined and lots of hassle for me and my company.

I was in trouble with my company for the late arrival, and has lot make lots of rearranges this is totally unacceptable to change the schedule unannounced, 7nt8l check in time.

I'm going to pursue compensation.

Do not fly!

Whilst the crew themselves are friendly and will help you where they can, head office do not care one bit about their passengers.

The number of times I have had flights cancelled, diverted or delayed are a joke, I’ve actually lost count.

With the attempted return of flights after Covid-19 they have messed up again. Flights booked back in February are being placed at unsuitable times and refusing to change the flights back to a suitable time.

They get away with this as they monopolise certain routes ( I’ve not even mentioned the astronomical prices! Yes it is actually cheaper to get the train or hire a car for the same journey and your more likely to get there!)

When Flybe went bust and Eastern took over, I so wanted them to pick up their game, we planned to use them to go everywhere but they haven’t.

I would rather spend 7 hours sat in a car in traffic then go through the stress of flying with these clowns.

Why on earth is your customer service number a premium rate? Thanks for rinsing through all my phone credit and cutting me off on position 3 of the queue after waiting so long. The worst.
