Not always easy to serve my dad in shops, but the staff were utterly fabulous, efficient, patient and kind. He got exactly the tech advice he needed and they guided him through his options. Terrific to know that there are still shops where the staff know their subject and customer service is high on the agenda. Thank you SO much!

We needed a new roaster so I searched online, the usual places, and was thoroughly confused so I visited Woolacotts here in Liskeard. The lady who served me was incredibly helpful and was not put off by my meagre budget. She found two toasters in my price range and I purchased one of them. Within the hour I was eating toast made from home made bread and crab apple jelly. A great shop to have i our town.

Have bought loads of items large and small from wool Scott’s including, wottons, (original owners)! Over 30 years and always been pleased with the items bought! And the sales service was so friendly and helpful, and if a question couldn’t be answered that colleague would find out for you or get another sales member to speak to you!!
Must mention exceptional after sales is.very very good too!

Very disappointed, this place is listed as a Neff showroom. When we visited they didn't have a single Neff appliance. The manager directed us to Plymouth or Bristol but didn't know if there would be a better selection at either!

We had a lovely time at HBH Woolacotts, the staff were kind and so very funny. Little Sarah loved watching the droplets fall on the big TVs! Thanks guys!

Staff are amazing, they always go out of the way to find what you want and if it's cheaper somewhere else they try to match it. The after sales is 1st class
