There are theifs in this building parking area

Many cases of cars found unloked with missing things from inside

Landlord / building office is also not taking any action

There is a security guard who is useless

So if you have car, think before shifting to this building

The maintenance service is very bad since a year . The external windows not cleaned since last 3 years despite several requests . When we contact the office in Buheira corniche for any maintenance there is no response from the maintenance supervisor and he doesn't have the courtesy to call back or do anything with related to the requests . There are requests not attended for more than 8 months .

The corridors are really in dark with fused tube lights and it is very dark at night . This really affects the safety of the tenants. Tenants might fall as many tiles are broken and chipped and top of that with no light ,this is really going to add on.

People are stacking the shoe rack and the bicycles in the corridor. This has been reported several times as this is disgusting for the neighborhood people to see the sandals and shoes shoe rack stacked in front of the apartment .

The internal apartment lights are warm lights and the maintenance technician informed us company has instructed them to replace it with white lights which is really not nice to live with half white lights and half yellow warm lights .Does that look professional to give the tenants this kind of service .
