A taxi rank full of rude liars, don't trust them, don't bother pre booking as they tell you you haven't! Will never use them for home or our business ever again

Would not even give this one star.
Phoned for a taxi for my parents, my father waited outside waiting for it to arrive.
I checked my phone to see if they had called which they hadn’t.
Then checked again 5 minutes later to see 3 missed calls and a message saying it was there - my father still stood outside and no taxi appeared.

I phoned back to ask where it was to which I received verbal abuse from the driver and called a liar.
Phoned another of their numbers to which they also said the same thing and both numbers hung up on myself.

Awful costumer service!
Plain rude!

Do not use unless you want a prebooked taxi not to turn up. Do not use unless you want verbal abuse when you phone to find out where you taxi is. But do use if you want to spend a fortune making other arrangements

County is I believe one of the well known and respected firms. Me and family have been using it for years. The owner Lyndon is a very pleasant and trustworthy guy. Service is excellent and the fleet of drivers are quite friendly.

The rates are quite cheap for long journeys ecspecially for airports and I would strongly recommend it to everyone. Last but not the least it’s a hidden gem in a big cave.

One of their drivers arranged a taxi pickup to take us to the ferry at 7am (the earliest they will drive.) Next morning nobody showed up, they had no record of our appointment.

Now calling a taxi company with better reviews, hoping we get to the ferry on time.

Ordered for a foreign lady to get to the docks and were quick and helpful in instructing her even though she knew very limited English. Good stuff

Lied about how long they were going to take, it was important it was within 5 minutes. When I said I needed it within 5 minutes they said it would be, 20 minutes later they still weren't here. Very rude when I called to see where they were and I couldn't understand a word he was saying. At one point he started speaking another language down the phone to me after I asked him to repeat himself for the 3rd time. I can only presume this was some form of profanity.

Driver pick me up from the station traffic was very bad operation stack was on . every roads to port was blocked with lorry’s. A 20 min trip took an hour but he only took 8 pounds for all his efforts
