Was here to buy seasickness tablets my GP recommended. Lloyd's was the only place I could find that stocked them. Glad I found Lloyd's, the tablets worked on my vertigo.
The staff were friendly, helpful and supportive. Thank you.

After recently moving nearby I called early in the week to Lloyds Pharmacy to purchase some antibacterial soap but it was closed due to I was told, the pharmacist going home sick! My other half will be having heart surgery next week and the hospital gave us the name of the soap to purchase. The initial sign advised to knock in an emergency and when I did, an assistant came to the door and opened it like I was about to hold them up! Bizarre. I explained my predicament and and was told “I can’t sell you that, the pharmacist has to be here”. I’m assuming that was in case I snort said item on the street corner? I went to the other chemist in the same street. Given that it’s now been 5days, I had to call again for something else. I’ve attached some pictures of the sign on the door! The pharmacist was again not on the premises after ‘ringing in sick’. This is not a multi-staffed burger chain but a very valuable asset to Loftus. Therefore, anybody needing urgent meds may find themselves in a dangerous position. This is unsurprisingly an NHS backed chemist. If we have a situation where one absence can result in the patients of this particular pharmacy being deprived their medication, we have a major issue. There is another NHS backed chemist just down the lane and this is multi-staffed with friendly, happy to see you staff. I went there for my item and shall continue.

Was told by the pharmacist that they could not provide the antibiotics I needed without prescription (I already knew they could) so went down the road to Harraps Pharmacy and was provided with an excellent service! Avoid these amateurs!!

They never answer the phone, I rang non stop from 10am till 1.15pm, and the line is constantly busy.

Trying to send an order and use click and collect as over £20 but just keeps charging
for home delivery. They have just lost my order as I have given up.

The service is painfully slow, prescriptions are never ready even you tell them in advance.
There always short on staff and regularly waiting for delivers.
A very poor service overall, we now use Harrops.

Very satisfied with their professionalism and advice and support and help. I have had 2 bad experiences from my surgery at Staithes with prescriptions not being signed from by the doctors and the girls being allowed to dispense the medication. Not only myself but my next door neighbour they gave him water pills instead of back of en for his stroke and he was on 3 a day and the poor man was unable to get to the bathroom quick enough and he was incontinent. They should be pulled to task about their gross misconduct. I am so unhappy about this and I will be using Lloyd in
Loftus to get my medication in the future. Baclofen not back of then.
