كنت اتابع هذه المركز منذ فتره حيث يقوم بالعديد من الدورات فقررت ان اشترك فيه ودفعت مبلغ الدوره التي كان من المفترض ان تبدىء باليوم الثاني ، بالبدايه كان التواصل جيد ، طلبت كتيب الوصفات لكي اقوم بشراء المواد لكنهم لم يرسلوا لي اي شيء، في يوم الدوره كان من المفترض ان تبدأ الدورة الساعه العاشره اون لاين ولحد الساعه ٩:٤٥ لم يصلني اي كتيب واي رابط للدخول للدوره ، ، وعندما تواصلت معهم بالوتساب وبعد انتظار ذكرت لهم اني سوف اشتكي على مركزهم اذا لم يردوا عليّ وهنا تفاجأت بطريقة الرد الهجوميه !!!! وتم استرجاع المبلغ بنفس اليوم، مع الاسف كنت اتمنى ان استفاد منهم ويستفيدوا بكسب زبون ولكن طريقة التعامل جداًغير محترفه،
ملاحظه ؛ لايوجد رقم هاتف للمركز فقط رقم موبايل ولايتم الرد عليه وطريقة التواصل فقط بالوتساب

This is a great underground car park, but on busy or wet days, you may find it difficult to find a space. There are a few disabled places to park, but not as many as I feel there should be!
When you have parked, and I for one feel very safe in the car park, just make sure that you take YOUR TICKET WITH YOU....
don't leave it in the car! The machine to pay for your stay is situated at the bottom of the only escalator in the centre. It's here you pay to exit with your car. Not overly priced to park either, compared to other places.

I had a a situation at the car park that was not good, but the car park manager & security guard were truly amazing. I thank them sincerely for helping a lady in distress on the 21.9.21. I don't know what I would have done without their help.

Great selection of spaces for vehicles large and small. Walking distance from town centre

Handy car park this, not too expensive so we don't mind paying for parking, could do with a few more disabled bays though.

Don't give a lot of room in some spaces if you have a big car.
