Tom served as my friendly guide on a lovely drive through the countryside! He’s very familiar with the area. We were able to stop at various lookout points for me to get out and take photos. Definitely a memorable trip!

Tom is reliable, considerate and helpful. He ensures that my Mum and her friend get to and from their appointments on time. He will always check that they have what they need and loads their walkers & wheelchairs securely. He will give a hand, should they need it, when getting in & out of the car as well as taking shopping & bags into the house for them. Tom provides an excellent service, he is always friendly and punctual. Tom always goes that extra "mile" for his customers. I would definitely recommend Tom for his excellent service.

Tom’s website was very personal and informative so my partner and I decided to prebook him for a wedding event. Upon taking us, he was prompt, very knowledgeable about the area, and very easy to talk to. We requested to be picked up from the venue at 11pm and bang on 11pm he arrived - he’d had a very long and busy day but was just as friendly as he was in the morning and we had very interesting conversations with him the whole way back to our hotel. The fare was very reasonable and therefore we were very happy to tip him for his excellent service. Tom works very hard but seems to have a very good reputation and deservedly so, he is easily the nicest taxi driver we have ever had. If we are ever in the area again we wouldn’t look past booking with him and would recommend to anyone else who wants a reliable and friendly service!

Booked a taxi to take us to and from town. We discussed pick up point upon pickup.
Tom failed to pick us up or communicate that he could no longer take us home.
When we called him to question where he was and when we could be expecting him, we were told that he was working a wedding and that he would not be returning to pick us up. Leaving us stranded in town.
Unreliable and not worth booking.

Only being in Thirsk two weeks Tom has been given me some awesome points on the history of of Thirsk. He makes my drive feel like a wonderful tour of the area. He has taken me me on journeys to Northallerton, waiting to bring me home. I find him charming with a ready laugh great people skills and an excellent driver. I would highly recommend his time service is to the second. Well done. Look forward to our next trip. Barbara.

We loved Tom! He was so lovely, friendly and helpful. He played all our favourite music, picked us up from a wedding at 1am and was just the loveliest man! I highly recommend him :D
