Very bad salesman. Gossips about their customers with co-wokers in Malayalam and makes fun about them. I'm a regular customer and recently this tall guy that makes fun of his customers refused to sell me something because I didn't have a 50 fils coin and said that I'll bring it in a jiffy. There are other staff members that are very polite and are always helping but this guy is very trouble some.

They offer very wide variety of office supplies. The staff will also provide options or alternarives if the specific item you are looking for is not available.

We’re not familiar with the area and asked the man wearing glasses at the info centre which bay our bus was departing from. He gave us the wrong info and we missed our bus. When we came back in to ask him for more assistance, he was surly and unhelpful. We had to catch a train instead. Really unhappy with their info service!

Service was late as usual and then the bus driver did not even stop the bus to let me and 3 others on the bus we wanted despite all of us signalling for hum to stop at the Padstow road stop on the 55 route a minute ago! Disgraceful!

Service is good, the station itself is not the best, people always smoking while waiting for the bus and sometimes people cycle through expecting you to move unpleasantly.

Usually able to make my connecting bus. But the bus station itself is extremely dirty and prone to drunks and druggies hanging about. And as earlier poster said, cyclists who weave through people expecting you to move.

Well, I hope you're not expecting much. Really, if you have high expectations for Swindon's bus and coach station, you're probably going to have high expectations for a review of it too. Well I'm going to have to disappoint you on both counts. Actually, the station does what it's there for, but it's a bit grotty and frequented by some unsavoury characters. There's also no enforcement of the smoking ban that is clearly signed throughout the station, so I wouldn't want to be stood here for too long with the kids.

The staff at this station are excellent. Let's face it, buses are frequently late, so the customer facing staff here are going to have to put up with a lot of hassle from disgruntled passengers. But they still do an amazing job and are polite and informative. Whilst the same cannot be said of Stagecoach's social media presence, the station staff are brilliant.

Bus driver drove off despite seeing me at the correct bay at the bus station and the stop directly after it!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
