This was the worst Starbucks that I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot.
Firstly, the person who took my order must've just been hired because he had to ask how to put each item of my order onto the system. Secondly, I asked for my panini to be toasted for a minute longer as I like my toastie toasted and not warmed up- that didn’t happen.
I asked for soya milk on the side with my English breakfast tea and politely reminded the barista as she was going to pour the milk directly into the cup with my tea. She rudely replied ‘I know’. But my thing is, how do I know if you’ve heard me if you do not acknowledge what I’ve said??? After that she slammed my tea and milk on the counter.
I will NEVER grace this branch again. Other Starbucks staff are so friendly and accommodating so this was a complete shock.

North Terminal Starbucks is the most welcoming place you can find at 3 am in the airport. Thank you to Kristina and Alex for excellent customer service !

Incredible service by Alex at Gatwick airport. Give him a pay rise. Best service I’ve ever experienced. Top notch.

I was enjoying the experience until one of your staff members came and sat right next to me in the customer seating area and proceeded to have lunch and natter on the phone for the next half an hour. How is this acceptable? Clearly a packed lunch from home and I did check with her that she was staff.

Fantastic service from Ingrida and Lucia best staff members ever. Now Iv worked in hospitality for many a year and other than my self they are the best and so happy in their work.

Very late, but it was great to see a very happy and helpful lady (Bianca) making sure her work was perfect and indeed it was!
Well done Bianca, Starbucks should be very proud to have a nice staff like you ????
