46th story building along with gym and swimming pool
2 bed room 3 bed room specious flats along with sea facing view...must visit to see their property

Building with an amazing view on Al Khan Lagoon.
Flat prices are fair in regards to the quality of the building.
Indeed, it around 15 years old now and both the plumbing and A/C system is of poor quality.
Furthermore, the parking slots provided with flat are undersized...
Not easy to park a 4 wheel drive

This place has everything! A wonderful view, a separate gym for female and male and each gym has their own pool, an outdoor pool for mix (men, women, children), supermarket, pharmacy, good security, perfect air conditioning, and lastly 50 floors of perfection.

I live in this Tower it's good there's parking for each apparintment
About 6 elevators
Security and small market pharmacie and restaurant
There's a gym at the next tower

Last 5 years I have changed 3 apartments. Two in al Anwaar tower one in Shahad tower. The only reason we changed coz of AC. But all same.
AC Maintance free here. But they can’t fix.
And they won’t tell you the issue. I have checked with a AC maintance guy from my side. Then only I got to know bout the issue. Most of the apartment has a problem with AC. I spoke to many of them they all facing the same
Problem. Mostly all apartments fixed 1 ton AC. This apartments need at least 2 ton each unit. Even if you fix the new AC you need to leave the AC on 24/7 and end up paying Sewa 1500/- 2000/- average per month which is 24000/- AED average.
Chiller free apartments you may save a lot. We tried to fix 2 ton but coz of the space they can’t fix the 2 ton.
Before anyone rent better go and see the AC unit first.
In summer it’s difficult.
If u have visitor finish you can’t survive.

In good location and view, but inside apartment give an impression of a 50yrs old building
