Parking fine from the 12th Nov for being 13 minutes late. I used the PayByPhone app to pay for 2 hours, then tried to extend to cover an extra 30 min, but didn't have a signal. Decided to go for the car after I couldn't get onto the app. £60/£100 fine for 13 minutes late is very harsh, most car parks would give you a 10-15 min grace period to get back.

Not sure how I'm meant to pay at the car park using coins, notes or cards when I'm 13 minutes away from the car park or call/use PayByPhone when I was struggling for phone signal as the owner suggests.

Good car park for visiting Carlisle. The best thing is, you don't have to try and guess how long you might be shopping or sightseeing, as you pay when you return to your car. For a city centre the parking price is great value

Careful when using this car park as uses parking eye system. We have had a ticket from a carlisle parking eye car park when paid and recently got one from This car park in similar way. We use this car park most days and we were unable to resolve as didn’t keep tickets. If use keep parking tickets for evidence or you will have a £60 charge.

Machines difficult to use, slow and difficult to use with a card.! So good job I had cash. Plenty of space today.

Reasonable parking charges compared to some places and you can use the Paybyphone app to pay.
