I had a contract with them to look after my flat in Sharjah but they had nothing to do with it did not put it for rent, could not contact them. They left the keys with the building caretaker. They did not notify me for more than 3 years

I have called for query about buying a flat, actually the Receptionist Dhalia, put me off, really I don't feel to deal with them anymore. She is rude, not professional, layer.. gives an appointment then will not turn, switch off her phone for no reason, except to escape her lies, and escape her appointments.. we call about flat queries, she will tell you is available, in fact the flat doesn't exist... just to make you waist your time by coming to the office... to show you different and higher prices. I DON'T KNOW WHY SHE IS WORKING IN REAL ESTATE???? Who gave her this position? She is really bad.

- doesn't resolve any problem
- they will steal your money for no reason at all.
- takes 5 thousand dirhams comission however all taking 2k only.
- Don't Deal with Them.

Terrible service, the manager shouts at customers, makes customers cry, doesnt resolve any problem, lies, takes 5 thousand dirhams comission, which is too much! and 1 thousand dirham for contract renewal. DONT rent with him! He already has a police report and municipality.
