Basic store, as opposed to the larger Boots outlets that have fragrance and make up counters. Pharmacy is constantly busy, and a lack of staff has made collections difficult in recent months. Staff are friendly and helpful if you can find them!

Went to pick up one missing prescription this afternoon ( one pre packaged box of tablets) sent from the doctors on Monday 30th January it was not ready for pick up, so we chose to wait, they said they would do it while we waited, it took 35 mins, reason given the pharmacist was still at lunch, time 3pm? At 3 30 one of the assistants went to fetch him, he signed the prescription there was no apology for the delay from anyone in the pharmacy very poor service and not for the first time ,so will be taking my business elsewhere, Boots in Diss will not be getting visited by us again after today's shambles!!!

Boots could do with there shelfs to be moore fuller, every time i have been in there, they not always got what i want, some staff are very friendly.

Bad customer service today gave nasty looks to me and every time I go in makes me feel uncomfortable so I've changed pharmacies.
Would not recommend to anyone

I went to pick up my prescription yesterday ,I stood in a queue of 5 people( not too bad, but 15 minutes in) one lady was despencing pre ordered prescription, most people had items missing.Another boots employees was at another despencing window, no serving but was doing paperwork or loading scripts ( each time I visit to collect my prescription this is going on)
My main concern is a lady in front of me wanted to talk to the duty Chemist, they Boots lady looked up from her computer and asked the lady what she wanted to see the Chemist about ! the poor lady had to say "she wanted the morning after pill" I was amazed!! and the lady behind me also, how embarrassing for that lady. If computer input is required this should be done in an office.
