I never see such a careless customer service , we are staying as tenant from more than 4 years and they real estate never take care any changes in customer service improvement. If we raise any complaint there would be no one to give exact information , we follow with their service maintenance person continuously and he never lift calls and give wrong commitment dates for small problems fixing especially Al bawadi building every time to fix small issue we have to follow with them for fixing every time .

Iam a new tenant .Very bad customer service .No one will pick call .No way to get access for any service.iam standing infront of office .Office time shows, starts from 9AM .No one show up until now.Time it's 10AM .it's highly disappointing and frustrating.

worst customer service, the maintenance IN charge of the company never answers ur calls, even he doesnt know how he should talk to his customers, at the end even though u pay the money , they make you feel like we are making them to work for free.... pathetic service from the maintenance team.

They have very bad customer service and maintenance . I am tenant from last 3 + years and every time i call maintenance to fix any issue they never come back with solution and also don't response to any calls.

Really poor service. I would never recommend any one to rent properties from this company. Really bad at managing the cleanliness of their properties and very bad service.
