We wanted to make a booking at a cafe on a busy bank holiday weekend, we did the in person when the cafe opened in the morning. We arrived at lunch and we had a nice table near the windows overlooking the steps up the the Abbey. Food was very nice and staff friendly. It was exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend.

Excellent tea rooms hidden above the shop. Good food, great staff open earlier than most other breakfast venues in the area. Situated close to the Abbey steps.

What a fab tea room, so glad we stopped here delicious food, fantastic service hardly anywhere asks now if you would like a pot of extra hot water for tea ! What a delightful place thank you

We found this lovely tearoom above the jewellery shop. The staff were wonderful and the food was delicous. Those scones yum. I will definately be going there again. Thank you

Do not go there on your own unless you don't mind being seated at the table next to a kitchen window while in whole tea rooms only 2 tables were occupied.I asked to be seated at the window, but I was told the table there is for 4. I fellt like a waste of space. I was ready to leave, but girl was coming with my całe, so I asked to be seated at least in brighter room. Still far from the window. Not nice experience. My cake was only fresh and sweet, no taste. Coffee was lovely.

Friendly staff and the best lemon drizzle cake I've ever tasted. Only a young girl cooking but wow she certainly nows how to bake a cake.

One of the best and lovely tea room in Whitby. It is on the second floor of the W Hamond jewelry shop. The scone and homemade carrot and walnut cake were delicious. Wide selection of tea and coffee. They offer breakfast and light snack and sandwich.
