Al Urooj Supermarket

al urooj , is just another grocery that is proudly called SUPERMARKET , this is a grocery with all the bells and whistles you would expect , the first thing you see when you enter is an old ikka (brother) he doesn't talk much he minds his own business and sits there with neutral look ,he doesn't smile much as he only talks to adults his own age , until you have money he is ok with your presence if you are even short of a dirham or two his whole mood changes and becomes the quite opposite of what i said , even though i was a person who bought things from the grocery or so called supermarket in a daily basis but when i had to buy just a bottle of water and asked if i could pay the coming day, ikka didn't think twice he said me to keep it back and leave , i mean its just a bottle of water worth 1 dirham , even if i were to steal the bottle of water he would be just loosing 50 philus of its profit which made me think he was greedy , even though its one of the most accessible grocery to me while i am out and about i wouldn't think of that grocery because i built a grudge towards him (just personal) even though i have to walk 500 meters or so to the next nearest grocery i wouldn't even consider al urooj grocery just because of that incident , i really hope you would have a better experience there , thanks for reading !
