3rd anniversary of my cargo !!! I have sent my cargo in Dec-2020 but still not received and not getting any update from them, they're just saying waiting for customs paper, no response from them. I trust on them but they are keep ignoring my calls and whats app messages.
Please requesting all people don't trust them they are not professional, don't know how to clear cargo. Forget all positive reviews maybe their own guys reviewing.
My experience is very very ........bad with them, so don't trust on them, they are just fooling peoples.
First they collect our items and after that no response just forget the cargo !!!.
Now they've blocked me from their Facebook page,coz i'm posting the comment and not getting any reply
If anyone is going to complaint in UAE DED or Sharjah Economic Department we can make a group complaint or any one is interested to complaint can reply.
One of their staff from INDIA name Shanker ( may be fake name)Don't have any proper idea about the cargo..

Experience with Al Usood cargo was excellent . Specifically on time delivery ,proper update when ever I call and port clearance. Really appreciated the staffs who worked with me. I didn’t even have any single challenge or communication gap while movement of my Parcel. Prior to this time I used two other courier services based advertising .. but it was an average on time ,delivery and packing. Thanks to team for shipping all my household item without any damages. keep it up..

Excellent service provided by Al Usood Cargo right from the time of pickup and delivery of the goods. Timely arrival of the vessel and the clearance of the goods at Cochin port followed by their delivery at home. Not to mention Mr. Dilraj for his proper guidance in clearing the goods at the port. Good service. Keep it up.

I have send one cargo on 17/01/2021 through Al Usood cargo as per bill sl. no. 502231, 6nos Boxes ,5052257, 1 no Box and till today (03/05/2023) i have not received the cargo in destination . I have made many calls to cargo company and they couldn't give any specific date for delivery. Initially they have promised delivery in 30 to 35 days time and every call they are giving new dates and not at all reliable.

Reliable and safe. Reached my stuff on time and follow up at the destination was excellent. Moreover things were intact as I sent. Keep it up.

Bad experience… it’s been almost 55 days now till now I didn’t receive my cargo and no updates at all , They promised me that they will deliver it within 30-40 days and until now I didn’t receive, They are not updating anything about the status and we are trying from our end to know the status .
Poor service.

Very reliable cargo service. Mujeeb and Sandeep were very helpful in assisting me with the details and providing me with recommendations in sending my cargo and the delivery of the cargo was prompt as well. Definitely recommend them for any cargo services.

This station has a nice circular ticket hall there is no disabled access only stairs to the platforms. Getting in to the station you have to you the underpass which is dirty and smelly and not nice to walk through beware.

The ticket hall has a nice circular design and high ceiling. There is an underroad walkway system to get you safely past the busy intersection.

One of the busiest roundabouts (gyratory) in West London carrying the A406, over the A40, and the Tube station. The only positive, is seeing it in your rear view mirror after tackling it!

Quite a pleasant Modernist station and very handy for the Crowne Plaza, Ealing,. It was started before World War II but that delayed its completion.

The pedestrian subways an environment conducive to making life-changing decisions.
Mark Wallinger’s labyrinth here 25/270, not unexpectedly positioned above a rubbish bin.
Ballardian.
Don’t make a special trip.

Beautiful day. Busy junction as usual serving many destinations. Some new building project going in the middle of the roundabout.
