Most BMW parts available for reasonable price. Good response over email or messaging apps. Even if parts are not available they can arrange subject to availability in the UAE market. I prefer this shop for my own car parts needs.

8 years of loyal customer, and in the end, one of the staff called saleem was so rude when asking for discount, and not even looking at me while talking. the oil price when i bought it before 1 month 65dhs,it became 75dhs by magic and the guy "Saleem" so rude and unprofessional when i asked about increasing the on me and am a regular customer. Same i took it after this horrible experience from different shop for 63dhs.

Promised myself this will be the last time to step foot on this shop and will make sure who i referred to this shop from family and friends will tell them to stop going there.

They have products but limited knowledge. They given wrong transmission oil for my vw car and its got damaged. No proper response and not bothered many time, just sell available items to customers thats all doesn't matter it will suit customers need kt not. So very careful while buying

Has alot of variety of Spare parts. They sell Spare Parts for Rolls Royce, Bentley, Mini Cooper, Porsche, WW, Audi, BMW. They also sell German made good grade lubricants. They accept Card payment too. Very friendly staff. Little parking available outside the store for about six cars.

They got some spare parts that I couldn't find in Dubai , but they need to appreciate the customer who doesn't negotiate by giving a good price not to overprice
