Excellent service. Booked online. Someone called me to tell me what to bring. Spoke to young lady on the phone was helpful about changing pickup time. Then brand new van. 2 days hire. Superb easy pickup and drop off. Special mention for Diogo who also gave me a short lift home. First class service.

Check out review by caz a month ago. I had the same problem a couple of weeks ago. Told them tyre pressure light was on, but was assured itwould be ok. 12hrs later went to start journey, flat tyre. They got AA who took me to a tyre place ,found faulty rim on wheel. It obviously was the previous renter,probably kept air in tyre on return. Got back to Aust now have claim against me. Rang the manager rude p...k. said a pack of lies. Please do not use this hire place. Cannot believe manager was so rude the other girls in office were on my side.

Highly recommended. Car was lovely to drive, clean, fully fueled and fault free. First class customer service - everyone we spoke to was friendly and attentive, really set the bar high for customer service. Big thanks to Telulah especially, absolute credit to the team, and the chap who helped us to the station in the rain - didn't catch his name but again a real credit to the team. Couldn't ask for more, you made our visit truly special. Thank you!

Hired via BMW Assist. Simply used the car to drive from Carlisle to Chorley down the M6. When car collected by the local branch a huge gouge ( described by the person collecting it as an old gouge) was found in a tyre which needed replacing. Carlisle branch then accused us of causing it without any evidence to show the tyre was ok when handed to us. Disputed this but no recourse to arbitration and threatened with a debt collector if payment not paid for the new tyre! Appalling and totally unfair. If we had caused such damage to the tyre I’m pretty sure we would have known about it and discontinued driving it! Scary to think they allowed a car in this state to be driven at speed down a motorway. Very upset by their attitude and would never recommend.
