Extremely slow and inefficient service. Waited 45 minutes in the que just to post a letter.
The que behind me once I had been served had not gone down size either.
Staff were more concerned about their lunch break rather than getting the backlog cleared quickly.

Pharmacy staff are always brilliant, really helpful and knowledgeable about the products sold. I used the post office today and that was great too. The queue moved very quickly and Erwin was brilliant.

Went in to buy some euro’s. The chap who served me was polite, informative and very patience in explaining the best deal for me. Would recommend for your foreign exchange requirements as I also got a very competitive rate. Thank you.

Appalling service at Deal Post Office today. Three staff on duty, only one had any experience so the two newbies kept asking him questions while he was dealing with a complicated and lengthy passport application. My guy was even wearing a hat - indoors! Very unprofessional. He didn’t recognise my postal order and tried to charge me for my bike tax when my visit was to change it to the “historic” class for zero tax. Unfortunately, this is the only PO in Deal which deals with vehicle tax. By the time I left, the queue was almost out of the door. I never use the main Post Office when I can get great service from the one in Harold Road due to the inefficiency and rudeness of the staff in Queen Street.

Deal Post Office has the best counter service! I always use them to send all my domestics & international parcels as they have most experienced staff!

Dropped a parcel in at 1.10pm on a Tuesday lunchtime. No queue in fact no one else in there! Really friendly service.
