We have also chosen Lotus Waffle in the end.
They have a lot of options & I had a wonderful experience.

Few days back , I visited Alaska ice cream which is located in Sharjah & I tell you that the experience was amazing .
Their dessert selection was definitely heavenly.I had tried their amazing signature items which were superb amazing.All the items were freshly made, well presented and delectable .
Talking about the scrumptious desserts, we were served.
Mango passion smoothie was the best drink i had here.perfectly blended mango and passion fruit together. A great treat to your taste buds.
Rainbow icecream which is one of my kid’s favorite because they loved rainbow color. This icecream is made of all the flavors mixed in it. It was super yummy.
Kesar kulfi falooda, I am a big big falooda lover.I choose my favorite flavor which was kesar kulfi was was so creamy and soft kulfi just melted in the mouth, loved every bit of it.
Strawberry Roll icecream which was divine, freshly made icecream rolls which was made right before your eyes at that time, vanilla icecream was placed on top of the rolls and drizzle strawberry syrup on it.
Pan cakes which were soft & fluffy, well presented to served on a plate, these pan cakes just melted in the mouth, along with this they served vanilla icecream and chocolate sauce drizzled on it and chocolate sprinkle on the icecream.
The Waffles had perfectly made on the same time. It was so soft , crispy from outside soft from inside, It was topped with Nutella, chocolate and pistachio cream. It was lip smacking dessert.
Thankyou Mr Jhon for your hospitality, the staff was so friendly and helpful.
I highly recommend this place, guys please do check out this amazing icecream cafe and their mouth watering menu. They are very pocket friendly. Please support new businesses. they also have delivery services available on zomato, talabat & deliveroo.

A very nice small and cozy place with pretty interiors and great service.
Here is what I tried:
???? KitKat Ice cream rolls: definitely loved it very crunchy and full of flavour.
???? Rose Flooda: Not such a falooda fan but this was good, with the perfect amount of kulfa in it, vermicelli etc
???? blueberry sorbet and Ferrero Rocher ice cream omg soo goood!! I just love sorbets but the Ferrero ice cream was so rich and creamy loved it.
???? Lotus Mini pancakes: no explanation needed for my love for pancakes. Super yumm freshly made ????
This place is definitely a must visit and a satisfaction for a sweet tooth!

I have been titled a Dessert Queen - you can ask anyone who has seen my love for desserts till date! My love for sweets is limitless & never-ending.
If you are like me too, then lets just say I discovered a hidden gem in the city. And you must know about it too!
Alaska Ice cream got your cravings covered! A cosy and comfortable desserts parlour located in Sharjah, has it all! You name it - pancakes, crepes, ice cream rolls, shakes, faloodas, waffles and much more. Mix and match flavors as you desire and enjoy an evening filled with sweetness.
We tried their most of their specialities. This included :

????Mix Mini Pancakes
????Oreo lotus ice cream rolls
????Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake
????Kesar Kulfi Falooda
With so many varieties and flavors, each stole my heart away. But if I had to pick two, it would be the ice cream rolls & falooda. Perfect blend of flavors and mouth-watering.

We were greeted well by the owners Anwer & Mehmood who seemed very passionate about his newly acquired venture.
We then tried Nutella Pistachio Mix Waffle, which had a nice crunchy taste. Also taste the Mix Mini Pancakes. Waffle & the Pancakes together stole our heart.
Smoothie were the absolute showstopper, 100% natural, no added sugarWe tried Acai Kick and Double berry smoothie, both were AMAZING, there is nothing else i can say, you need to try it to experience it. Kesar Kulfi Falooda was FANTASTIC.
Overall the experience was great. I definitely am looking forward to visit again.

What we tried:
~ Chocolate gelato with cookies : Extremely smooth and flavorful.
~ Kulfi falooda : One of the best falooda I’ve ever had. This creamy falooda was rich in taste and was so filling.
~ Peach mojito : It was cool and Refreshing.
~ Nutella, strawberry and banana ice cream roll : This combination of strawberry and banana with Nutella was awesomely delicious.
~ Mix pancakes : Perfect Mini pancakes with different flavours of toppings such as pistachio, Nutella, lotus , caramel and white chocolate. Each toppings had unique taste.
~ Nutella pistachio waffles: Freshly baked waffle topped with Nutella and pistachio sauce.
The presentation was excellent and the staff was very patience in preparing our orders. The ambience is superb with indoor and outdoor seating. A perfect place to satisfy your cravings for ice creams.
