Great company with good vehicles and friendly drivers, just be careful as some prices are fixed whilst others are metered, just check when starting the ride that's all.
i would give 5 stars if the pricing was predictable all the time, but we are talking say £11 compared to £10.
definitely better than most taxi companies in Skegness and they are on butlins approved list so you know that all the drivers and companies have had extra checks.

I've used this service though fairly short journeys to and from hotel and place of work and they have been extremely friends and very prompt. Taxi was here 5 minutes early this morning which was great for me as I was up and ready to go. The journey was smooth and the driver was helpful.
I recommend anyone travelling within skegness and surrounding areas to give Red Cabs Taxis a call.

Tried to book taxi and was trying to give me every excuse under the sun as to why he didn’t want to book the booking. Oh ring back tomorrow when other drivers are about. When I last went two villages up the road I went all the way and the person didn’t have no money on them. I asked him not to judge me by his past experiences as that’s no way to run a business. Then ended the call

The driver was so polite and helpful and made us feel comfortable. Id say in terns of taxis from sjegness to inglemills this was a good price as buses often was unreliable and slow and this was door to door service with a smile. Will be using again.

**Butlins guests avoid**
Stayed at Butlins Skegness and got the Red bus into Skegness town centre at 11.55am. We paid £10 for return ticket. On departing, the driver never informed us or no notice was visible-that the last bus returning is 3.30pm.
We stood at the return bus stop as advised by the driver for 30mins and no Red buses passed us. My wife rang the number on the ticket at 6.30pm after waiting for half an hour and seeing 3 stagecoach buses pass. The gentleman on the phone, then informed us we had missed the bus and there was nothing they could do! We had to spend an extra £6.20 with stage coach to get home. Thats £16.20 for 20mins on a bus! Awful customer service ,awful service avoid if staying at Butlins.

Rubbish firm!! We got a taxi from Butlin’s around 6pm. The taxi driver asked of he would like to come back for us. We replied “yes please, have you got a card”. Which he gave to us!! Three hours later we tried calling to find that red cars had taken there phones of the hook!! So we had to get the bus back with a small child who was grumpy and sleepy because she tired and just wanted her bed!! Luckily we didn’t have to wait too long for the bus! But that is beside the point!! We will never use red cars again when visiting Skegness!!!!!
