Popped in today and spoke to some guy called Martin. He walked away from me while I was mid sentence then came back saying I wasn’t listening to him cause he was saying what I didn’t want to hear ? Arrogant and rude, terrible customer service.

You have changed your opening times would help if you changed on website just travelled from bargeddie today to find you close at 10am instead of 6pm & I don’t drive

Disgusting. Service is diabolical. No mail for over two weeks now. Get all the lazy managers to get a pair of trainers on their feet from all other Delivery offices, like they use to do when there was problems. Covid isn't an excuse. This is totally unacceptable now. Embarrassing.

Ridiculous...took for us to phone as no post for 3 weeks...and suddenly within 2hours of phoning we received 13 letters banded up...dated from 3 weeks ago some of them....this included important mail regarding car insurance etc....and the usual delivery of pets medication has obviously went missing altogether...very disappointing

Great guys, great service and pickup is always easy. Parking is a bit of a pain but just avoid the busy times if you can. If you can't leave some additional time to get parked up somewhere near by.

Been back and the male staff member couldn't be bothered. If I didn't want my stuff is have walked out. Pull your socks up royal mail!!! Can get mail redelivered free via website. May avoide this place in future.

No mail now for 2 weeks. Time sensitive tickets in the mail, work contracts etc. Covid is not an excuse. Useless.
