Great box, home of "The Grind" yearly fitness competition.

Lots of space and equipment to use. Rates are very affordable.

Classes are tight, they have 3 classes a day only (mixed).

A great CrossFit box immerses in the best scenario of the Middle East. The park around the facility is just stunning! The coaches are amazing people and the atmosphere is unique

The best crossfit facility in the UAE and I've been around. The coaches are extremely helpful and knowledgable. The live DJ is a great touch!
