I would like to give a big 5 star to the best Fitness Manager Miss Mercy of Altitude Gym for ladies in Sharjah Shooting club she is well verse of what she is doing with exceptional customer service very detailed and with good fitness motivation.The Receptionist Leah , with the assistant Miss Grace and Merverly the PT are all amazing. The company are so luck to have this employee..Good Luck ! Highly recommended!????????????

Overall, the gym itself is really good.
Staff are friendly and helpful.

Nice machines and weights that cover almost everything that is required.

Very good , very clean , very hygiene, amazing staff and hospitality, wide gym , varieties of excrises from free weight lifting to machines and cardio also they have group classes ( ex. Body pump) . Nevertheless, amzing view with green landscape. Swimming pool so relaxing but not big . Also they have basketball & tennis court & signature coffee shop.

It’s a nice gym but they should consider maintaining the ladies' gym equipment + lockers and shower area as the new competitor's gyms are offering great and specious facilities within less price

update:
Gym manager has called me when posted this review and assured that this won't happen again, since that time service is very nice, towels are always available and significant change is seen

You pay for 5 stars hotel service then you come want to shower… no towels, laundry suppose to bring but they did not

I will not talk about the gym it self, cause it is definitely 5 stars but I want to THANK specifically mr Eimo he is a friendly guy with a kind smile I think he is working in cleaning section & he deserves all the best.
