my account was been transferred to the collection department and got my documents were submitted in Jan my loan application was still not approved, because the guy who used to handle my account, left for vacation for 1 month, and Robinson who took over, didn't do anything and didn't submit!
I received a notification from the bank that my application was received on 13 April. Imagine from Jan til April they didn't do anything. My salary was been on hold for 4 months now and they are not helping. Sayed tries to communicate with me, but he says no need to call them every day to check the application status because it's not from them, whenever I called them, Sayed says he will call back but his not calling me back. This is such a headache!!!! when you are trying to fix your problem, but since these guys are not helping, your problem is getting bigger and bigger. Emirates NBD should stop sending their clients to this collection they are not helpful.

Disrespectful and unprofessional. Requested a debt consolitation, their team especially Mr. Mario Silva failed to actually answer my email, instead he harassed my phone (which I have turned off for wor) so he started calling my work place.

Not only I will be filing a complaint in Customer Protection Office, but also within his office.

If you want a professional customer service, DO NOT CONTACT THEM.
Those reviews say enough.
