had my haircut done here and it was very average. they charge 84aed for haircut which is a lot more than the usual rates in saloon and there is nothing out of ordinary in their haircut. they also charge extra for hairwash before haircut. i waited so long to get my haircut done while there were other staffs that sat simply doing nothing.

Maria is the best. She is very nice and humble. She does my haircut very well. She listens to me carefully and does according to me and also she suggests me, And cut turn out very well.
Best thing of her she just saw my hair and told me all my hair history.

One of the weirdest experiences I ever had since the salon opened I’m just trying to try it for one time whenever I go they tell me we are fully booked .
You should call before coming and book,they give you appointment then they cancel .
walk in it’s not available booking they cancel.
You just don’t know what to do except not going since you are not welcomed .

I always trust this salon with my nails and hair but my most recent experience was bad,
I did poly acrylic nails because they told me it’s going to be stronger and stay longer but ,within the first 8 days I broke my nail and ofcourse I was outside the uae so I couldn’t go back and fix it,couple of days later another one also broke also.
Idk if the quality they used was bad but I never had an issue with the normal gel extensions.
Ladies stick to yours basics.

Great quality of work with extreme professionalism. Absolutely loved their services and great staff! The nail technician who did my nails was super friendly and calm throughout the process.
I loved everything about the salon however I do feel prices can be moderated as few services are over priced and this is kind of a disappointment (hence the 4 stars). Having frequent offers can be a Benefit for all.
I couldn’t get the name of my nail technician (starts with a E) but she was lovely and highly recommended her.

I had my mani and pedi gel just yesterday (20 - 02 - 2022) and paid Aed241.50 . I am so not satisfied with the outcome! See photo for reference. Excess nail polish seen on the sides and not evenly coated. The staffs are accommodating and friendly hence the 3 stars. Price for service not worth it with the outcome received.

I have been a loyal customer of Anisaty ( Buhaira branch) and I have always recommended it to my friends. However, I feel that I need to bring to your attention an incident that occurred during my recent visit. I noticed the supervisor trying to interfere with my call to the hairdresser from my behind ( she thought I didn’t saw her), which made me feel disrespected and like my autonomy was not being respected. I believe that this behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. I would appreciate it if measures are taken to ensure that this type of interference does not occur again in the future.
