Always seem to take a long time to find my prescription, seems to be i get different brands of the same medicine a lot. If not in stock it's a hassle for them to order it in. some staff are helpful but one time they couldn't find my prescription they were looking for 10 mins another member of staff went to help and found it a second later. Think they need a new system for finding people's prescriptions. They also have only given me one of my items many a time and ive had to go back the next day to get the other items because they dont keep all your meds together. Wish I could get my prescription sent elsewhere

Has to be the worse Chemist around, I wait for around ten days before I collect my prescription thinking that’s plenty of Time, but when I collect it the prescription is never ready or part ready , just been today and waited 45 minutes, orders are all over the place seems two small in the back and no organisation.

I have a person And someone smashed it and it fell off on that blade so they made a new one when we went in there when it's massed off it sait's masked off it's a mid and gleam it said it said new store coming away we went into it but will we but when we saw it had a new screening shifts mix Twitter shifts mid and green

Brilliant wee pharmacy, I've been using it for years now. The staff are always friendly and helpful and have gone above and beyond for myself and my family who also use it. I wont use any other place.

I've been collecting my own and my flatmate's prescription from this pharmacy for a couple of years now. It can be very busy at times though you rarely wait for long to be serviced.

The customer service I receive every time I go into this place is above and beyond. The staff are polite , helpful and always welcome you with a smile. If there is a hold up with prescriptions they always let you know what is happening. Today over the phone there was a mix up with my prescription and the lady on the phone apologized and had it with me within the hour. In this chaotic lockdown these staff definitely deserve a clap on a Thursday evening.
