Rooms in hotel are very old,washroom disgusting,sink and bath broken.If we check in room wad dirty,i found many black long hairs in bed but really many.Carpet also dirty ,full of hair.This hotel should be have 1 star no 4.Indian guy in reception nice and friendly,but next day arabic lady in abaya in reception very rude,she make me to not to stay in hotel more days.She dont know how to talk to customers.!!!

The hotel quality was excellent. The rooms look quite nice and clean. Service is also so nice. Enjoyed our stay there hope to return????????

I dont even know why is this hotel considered as 4*. It shouldnt be even given a 2*. The furniture of the rooms are old and damaged. The bathroom is just disgusting, the shower head was leaking. Overall a horrible experience during the stay.

Highly recommended Hotel. If you want to have a staycation, i will highly recommend this hotel. The reception staff is very kind and respectful. The cleanliness if the hotel and its very peaceful to stay. Hands down for a good hospitality service.

The worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at! I can’t believe this is a 4* hotel more like a 2* this shouldn’t be open in emirate!!!! The hotel staff were not pleasant to deal with the hotel manager was even worse she needs to learn some people skills! I would not recommend this place to anyone, stay away from this hotel. We asked for a cot, when it turned up it was stained and had wholes in it. We booked a family room but they only gave a mattress with no bed???? I mean what on earth, they told us we have to pay extra for the bed. They only give 2 bottles of water in the room and any extra you have to pay for it doesnt make sense because we booked 2 adults and 2 children. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the reception staff and the hotel so called manager

Need to improve a lot… maybe we can consider it as a 3 star hotel…
Benefits are so limited, even hard to find free drinking water..

Reception staff,Restaurant and Housekeeping staff very polite,they gave a fast service,even room very clean,family environment, I will recommend to my family, relatives and friends to this hotel. ????

Location is very good,
Rooms are big and neat and clean
it is only 5 minutes walking distance for al qasba canal, sharjah..y
kids playing areas.
Food is good
