Tried their signature burger Astoria burger and it was average although it was Angus beet. French Fries was hot and fresh. However, it was good dining experience

Personally I find this place to make the best burgers I have tasted in UAE and I personally come all the way from Dubai just to eat their burgers, I highly recommend the double Astoria burger

Customer service is really bad, hope the owner will see this rating so he knows that one order takes more than 2 hrs to reach and the manager called the customer to cancel the order.

This was my first and last time to order from you.

And I'll share my bad experience with all untill I get an exceptional customer service.

Delivery service is AWFUL! I ordered twice and both times the food wasn’t delivered and I had to get a refund. The second time I ordered they delivered to the wrong house but the driver insisted he delivered it to my house. Will never order again. So disappointed. 0/10

I order Astoria chicken burger and buffalo chicken burger , the sauce was nice but the chicken was chewy I didn’t like it ! Astoria beef burger was fine, but I won’t order again , both white and mix sauce pasta was good . The fries was perfect . Hoping for much more improvement in all your burgers . Thanks

If you were looking for a downsized Mcdonalds kids meal overpriced to the maximum then Astoria is the way to go. The menu is extremely mediocre consisting of a 11 year old fortnite players dream binge food and plans to ridicule you with excessive use of corn syrup, cheese and cheetos.
