Just been in to buy some perfume and Helen went out of her way to help us, even with our little daughter trying to escape ???? she advised on the best deals and how to use the app to load points offers onto my card before use. Thanks Helen for making the whole experience much easier

Some staff can be a little abrupt sometimes and sadly some are not very knowledgeable about their offers ie 3 for 2. Insisted I couldn’t mix and match brands of shampoo when in fact you can after checking with other stores.

Called in to the Clitheroe shop for an item for my, wife, Checked with a member of staff, who was really helpful. Boots not stocking item in store , staff member took time to check online, but found no trace. One staff member going that extra mile , really impressed and appreciated.

Absolutely fantastic service from the clitheroe boots store today. The lady's behind the pharmacy area went far and beyond to help with a last min change of my mums prescription. excellent service thankyou

Have to say that the staff here go above and beyond, the support they have given us supporting my mum with medication changes at sometimes short notice, advising and supportive team chasing up prescriptions and just always being helpful, very much appreciated

Wife’s Tablets missing from the prescription (yet again) phone up to tell them two lots were missing !! Just told to go to the doctor and get another prescription !!!
Using boots again ?? I very much doubt that. Thanks for nothing, (bet they don’t miss the bloody payment for them though .
