My experience was okay , I did my manicure with Selena and she did great the cleaning was very neat and the gel ombre turned out just the way I wanted , for my pedicure the lady was kind of rough. For the waxing service Kawther was sweet and fast , although I would like to point out the lighting in the waxing room needs to be brighter . Both of my sisters experienced slow nail technicians , and the nail technician that tried doing my moms nails almost cut her so the service wasn’t complete .

I like the ambience and how each and every sterilised product was been used maintaining all the hygiene...the staff is very co operative and at a short notice the staff at the reception booked my appointment...I came from Bahrain and loved the service here ...hope to get here soon again ????????

I had Moroccan bath
I really recommend it, it's amazing and relaxing
Along with hydrafaical, it made my skin glowing
Recommend it, lady are working with expert and on time

I had to edit my review due to the second experience. It was amazing manicure and pedicure the first time I did. The second time I brought my sister to have a good mani it was quite disappointing. The manicure was done first by the reception lady who did it quite unprofessionally and she ended up doing a bad job. She cut the cuticles of my sister which ended up bleeding that she immediately asked her to stop. It was then continued by actual professional. It took another 30 mins to fix hers. I was irritated that they could have done that from the start but instead ruined the mani experience for my sister. My mani pedi was great done by adele. But after what they did to my sister, Now I’m not sure if I’ll come back. It’s still one person doing mani pedi which takes 2 hours which I’m not sure if I’m willing to spare, and top of that if it’s done by someone not experienced. I’m not sure if I want to risk it.

The eyelash is beautiful and neat but I had red eyes for 2 days, i don't know what chemical gone into my eyes
And I have blurry vision because of that

I spoke to them for solution and completely ignore
