Great experience from start to finish. Tyler was extremely accommodating and made the whole experience very good. I was 150 miles away so didn't actually see the car until exchange day, we were given regular updates and video footage, couldn't have asked for more. I highly recommend using Evans Halshaw in Cardiff, having previously used Bristol Street...Evans Halshaw were far better in every way, thank you Tyler for everything 10/10.

An absolutely amazing experience buying my new car. Went yesterday to look at a car, drove it home today! Jules explained everything so clearly and made everything incredibly easy for me by taking my old car off my hands too! The whole process was seamless and such a positive experience. Reasonably priced good quality cars with great customer service. We bought a car from Jules Robinson, he was professional and friendly from start to finish. If you want to find a trustworthy and a "patient with all your questions" kind of dealership, this is the place to go. We also dealt with a couple of other staff members (including Joe) who were very helpful and enhanced the experience. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Received excellent service from Sam. He had a friendly manner, down to earth and easy to talk to. Explained what I was after and nothing seemed too much trouble for him. He kept in contact with me while the car I wanted was brought to Evans Halshaw Ford on Newport Road. He also reassured me anything I needed after driving away with my new car that I could contact him or pop back. Would definitely recommend using this car dealer and especially Sam. Will be using them in the future myself.

Amazing customer service! Great experience all round. I was looked after by Will who was really helpful! The vehicle I purchased was immaculate and I was given a very good price for my old vehicle that I part exchanged. As I came from Sheffield, I was given the option to have the vehicle delivery or I could travel down, travel expenses reimbursed which was an added bonus! Thanks to Will and the team for looking after me. I would definitely purchase from them again in the future!

After having recently been involved in a car crash, I was looking for a new car and stumbled on one that I liked at Evans Halshaw Cardiff. I enquired about a car but unfortunately missed their call. Will then proceeded to send a helpful and personalised video showing me around the car and its features and we arranged a viewing and test drive with Jules. Due to a difficult finance situation following the accident, I wasn't in a position to buy straight away but Jules and Joe kindly gave me quotes and I left the dealership disappointed that I couldn't have the car at the time due to issues on my end. I waited 2 weeks and got in contact with Will again and I was able to actually proceed with the purchase. During the 2 weeks from the first viewing, I wasn't chased or hassled and given the oversell treatment. I have to say that Will and the used car team were amazing from start to finish. They were friendly, approachable and down to earth. After what was a very negative experience from the car accident, the whole team were able to make what could have been a nightmare a much more positive experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them in future. Thanks so much again to all of you, it was truly a breeze buying a car.
