I was greeted by a lovely staff member today ,Diane was pleasant and very helpful.

I was returning a top so I was at the counter where the kids clothes are. The woman behind the counter said Can I help honey,have you got your card honey,as she was chatting to her colleague, I said don't call me honey please,I'm not your honey.She said Awwww! SHE didn't say sorry .When I left the counter,she said something to her colleague and they laughed at loud .I am a 68 Yr old woman and I was very upset. This lady needs to be told ,.

I love this shop but the attitude of a male member of staff today was disgusting.i was with my family and was looking at the items on display near the counter.He rather rudely commented and said if you're not buying anything could you please move away from the counter even though we were clearly looking at the items. My mam wanted to look at items in another part of the shop but because of the attitude of this sales person we left the shop.You should employ people with better customer skills I'm disappointed Next.

I have been shopping at next for over 10 years and absolutely love it best ladies fashion and baby clothes to and the staff are very friendly and helpful

Excellent store. The menswear department could do with being a bit bigger though - plenty for women and children, but not a huge range for men.
