I made an online order in Zomato with AED 80. They accepted the order and called 30 minutes latee and asked me to raise it to AED 150 because of the distance (11 minutes on Google Maps) ..
Didn't try the food (and won't), but the customer support experience was awful.

محل لبيع الحلويات و البيتي فور و الكعك و الميني الفطائر .. محل نظيف و مميز بالمعروض . ولكن أسعاره مبالغ فيها شي قليلا . و يرجع لكم القرار في الشراء

بيت الحلويات اول بيك العرب لهم فرع ف حلوان اسنه بيت الحلويات.. ولهم فرع ف عجمان اسمه بيك العرب بجانب الشروق بلازا للعبايات.. ولديهم انواع الفطاير والبرغر والبسبوسة والحلويات.. واسعارهم مناااسبة..

جودة في المنتوجات، وكانت تميزهم عن المحلات المنافسة نقطعة اسعارهم التي كانت مقبولة، أمّا الآن فقد رفعوا اسعارهم ففقدوا ميزتهم عن المحلات المشابهة
