The lady there (from nepal I think) is very helpful. I had no idea how to bake my first cake, so she walked me through what I need, even how to use the fondant etc. She's not trying just to sell anything to me, in fact she's giving me options how to manage my ingredients in proper portions. Very comfortable shopping there, this wouldn't be the first time that I will visit them.

I baked and sell for 3 years now and most of my ingredients i bought from them. Cheaper and good quality. Sometimes they have discounted items. Their chocolates, food colorings and baking pans are my favorites. The staff are very courteous. Items are arranged well. I came from Dubai so im buying bulk items from them… as they are little bit far. Most of my friends are also buying from them as I recommended this store to my colleagues..

If you’re in Sharjah and you’re looking for baking supplies its worth the trip - this store has a very wide range of food coloring, packaging for cakes, ready to go mixes and many decorative options that you can get for cheaper than online. The supplies are also affordable and the store clerk is extremely helpful.

I had visited the outlet a few days back and honestly the level of customer service is extremely poor. There were two staff present but neither were attentive. The attitude and responsiveness was very curt. The spread of products, though decent, is priced quite high.
I did end up buying quite a few items as it was last minute for me but please check prices online or at alternative stores before you decide to make a trip here.
