Incredibly convenient for town and has good disabled space availability sadly it's not free. Manoeuvring would be pretty tight in a larger vehicle. Wish these carparks would offer the first hour free! Only ever used the first level but appears clean, tidy and we'll lit, help is also available at the pay machine. The charge increases dramatically after 4 hrs I believe it was so plan your shopping trip accordingly!

Poor parking. John Lewis store is clean, tidy and friendly staff. However, you drive any bigger than VW UP or a smart car, you wont be able to fit in their car park.
Not sure who planned and designed the John Lewis parking. Very poor & congested parking especially going up & down the floors!

Narrow ramps in the car park, advertised as having a lift but that's only via John Lewis, out of hours access is through Albion Street (scan your ticket). There is no lift access after John Lewis has closed and it's steps only

You need your wits about you when using the car park. Tight spaces and even tighter access ramps. This place was built when vehicles were smaller. Reasonably priced and easy to use pay machines.

The most dangerous, useless carpark known to man. Unless you happen to drive a Smart car, forget trying to get into this car park. Ridiculously tiny ramps to each floor, with the walls showing the war wounds of previous unfortunate drivers.

Absolutely horrific car park.. Never been up and down such narrow access ramps between levels. Will be parking back at regent arcade from now on.

Convenient location, can access the town centre through John Lewis( which is dog friendly! ). The access ramps between floors are a bit tight, not sure if I'd fancy it in a large SUV. Used it on a Saturday, so was quite busy, but plenty of space on the top floor.
