Nice small branch in Al Qasba Area, the employee is very polite and respectful, the brand itself is well known and their ice-cream quality is high quality

Horrible customer service....the employee at the counter messed up my order and when he was remaking it, had snark remarks to comment. Was disrespectful while handing over the order. Clearly disinterested to handle a customer or even work there.

The taste is not good & quality of ice cream is below normal. Unfortunately baskin Robins lost their quality and became similar to any other ice cream and sometimes less. I recommends not to buy from BR again and try other brands who respect their customers.

Very bad experience.
I took 3 small cups of ice cream, they have given sneakers chocolate unnecessary without even checking. The retail salesperson didn't bother to ask me. They charged me unnecessarily unwanted useless sneakers.
On top of that, the sales guy told me that its mandatory to take sneakers.

Not good.

I hope my feedback will reach to the right person.

This was the best baskin store I ever visited . Despite being small it had a wide variety flavours . I got to taste rare flavours like nutty caramel and cotton candy .
Unlike other baskin stores the staff over here were.very friendly .
It was a fun experience.

Very silly and the worst attitude I ever seen from Baskin Robin’s staff.
There is a fat guy always checking his phone and that’s why he can’t focus for the order and after that he is arguing when we requested to repeat the order????????????

I am enormously disappointed with the behavior of the employee RADWAN no respect for the customer he speaks badly with it not moving welcoming I will never come back here again a piece of advice change staff he is a bad person and who looks down on you
